The submission of the Article for publication does not mean that it will be published. An anonymous review will be carried out by two (2) judges to determine that the paper is original and submitted exclusively to the journal.
The Editorial Board of the Journalexamine the proposals and suggestions of the Scientific Committee and the Judges and on the basis of the criteria and specifications decide on the publication or not of the Article.
More specifically:
When there is a positive recommendation from both judges, the paper is published.
When there is a positive recommendation of one judge and a negative recommendation of the other, then it is referred to a third judge. In case of a positive recommendation, the paper is published.
When there is a negative recommendation from both (2) judges, then the paper is not published.
When there are comments from the judges about necessary interventions and corrections, these are communicated to the author(s) by the Editorial Board in order for the corrections to be made and the Article to be published.
