The AIAKOS Educational Network preparation program is the leading preparation system for the Panhellenic Written Competition of the Supreme Council for Civil Personnel Selection (ASEP). It has been designed and is taught by specialized educational scientists and combines asynchronous and synchronous distance learning methodologies. It is a comprehensive preparation system aimed at candidates who wish to combine high-quality, effective distance learning with flexibility and a high level of support. We don't just give you some notes. We offer you a preparation system with an unbeatable combination of quality, study time, and price, which will lead you safely to success.
The Comprehensive Distance Learning (E-Learning) Preparation System of AIAKOS
The preparation program is implemented through an e-learning platform and includes:
Asynchronous e-learning:
Lecturers' notes, focusing on the key points of the material (in each section of the program - knowledge and skills), in pdf format and downloadable. We give you everything you need to read to succeed.
Over 100 hours of video presentations by our teachers, who guide you through the tricky parts of the material, give you instructions, and prepare you for the exam methodology.
Video presentations using new technologies, in the sections that present the highest complexity and volume of information, so that you can achieve results in the shortest possible study time.
Explanatory video presentations on basic introductory mathematical concepts so that you can follow the program with ease even if mathematics is not your strong point.
Quizzes, self-assessment questionnaires, and tests in each section of the material to check your progress and review what you have learned (constantly updated).
A forum in each section of the program where teachers answer your questions.
Modern distance learning:
Over 50 hours of live teleconferences with teachers - teleconferences are recorded. The teleconferences present the important points of the material that are difficult and particularly complex - our teachers make everything simple for everyone. In addition, topics are analyzed, questions are answered, real-life scenarios are presented, and best practices are suggested to help you succeed in your exams with a very good grade - not just pass the minimum requirement (your grade matters).
Additional live teleconferences with experienced AIAKOS executives, during which questions of general interest are answered, queries are resolved, and support is provided to our students.
Opportunity to participate in free support activities such as group coaching sessions and seminars to enhance work skills such as stress management and time management.
OUR STUDENTS ARE NOT REMOVED FROM THE PROGRAM & PLATFORM - THEY STAY WITH US UNTIL THE EXAMS ARE HELD AND HAVE FREE ACCESS TO THE MATERIAL 24/7.

Specialization: We have proven high specialization and scientific training in the subject matter of each educational program. The scientific directors of the programs, quality controllers, and our professors hold doctoral and master's degrees, and in most cases have experience in applied research and writing. This means that the study material, teaching, and counseling support you receive are of the highest possible standard.
Experience: Our executives involved in the design, quality control, and implementation of educational programs have more than just theoretical and research knowledge. They are people with significant experience in positions of responsibility in organizations and ministries and at all levels of education—secondary and higher, as well as in post-secondary vocational education and training. Therefore, they are well aware of the requirements for success in any competition.
Quality: We select the best partners based on strict criteria. Only those who have the necessary qualifications to be registered in our organization's Scientific Register can take on roles in the design, coordination, and implementation of educational programs, while quality control is exercised by the Central Scientific Council and the Scientific Committees.
Validity: In addition to the above, we have an official legal publishing activity. To date, we have published around 180 textbooks and works by educational scientists, while our quarterly scientific journal "Educational Horizons" is a unique initiative for our country.

Each subject (different section of the exam) is taught by a professor with a PhD and professional experience in the relevant field.
The study material we provide covers all possible scenarios and topics you may encounter in your exams, but in a limited amount of study time.
Lectures/presentations and support meetings with professors are conducted live online through the award-winning e-learning platform we use.
We offer you the opportunity to participate in group performance development coaching support meetings with specialist scientists.
As the network of AIAKOS's partner educational institutions currently numbers around 70 Lifelong Learning Centers (KDB), it is clear that we have a wealth of experience and expertise - we essentially operate as a think tank.
