The study is based on international scientific literature and concludes that the combination of asynchronous and modern e-learning is the most effective approach to adult training. The hybrid model combines asynchronous and asynchronous online teaching and is particularly effective for theoretical subjects. The blended model, which utilizes asynchronous online and face-to-face teaching, favours more curricula related to the development of practical skills. The study is in English.
