Athena Giannogona is a primary school teacher and Headmaster of a Primary School in Peristeri. He is a graduate of the Department of Social and Educational Policy of the University of Peloponnese, the P.T.D.E. of the University of Athens, the Pedagogical Academy of Mytilene and the Marasleion School of Primary Education (Postgraduate Education in General Education). He also holds a Master's Degree from the Postgraduate Programme of the University of Athens in the direction of "Applied Pedagogy" with sub-direction "Adult Education - Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning" and a Master's Degree from the Postgraduate Programme of the Theological School of the University of Athens in the direction of "Gender and Religion".
He has more than twenty-five years of professional experience and has served in school units and public bodies (Central Service of the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs – IACS). She has been involved in Adult Education since 1990 and has participated as a trainer in training programs in many public bodies (E.K.D.D.A., I.E.P., I.D.E.K.E., O.E.P.E.K., O.K.E., N.E.L.E., etc.) and the Private Sector.
