Professor in the subject "Management of Educational Units" at the School of Humanities of the Hellenic Open University (HOU). Dr. Koutouzis is also a scientific associate of the Centre for the Development of Educational Policy (KANEP) of the General Confederation of Greek Workers (GSEE).
